A basic first-aid kit designed to help women and families manage minor everyday cuts, scrapes, and injuries while having essential supplies close at hand.

Items may include:

• Adhesive bandages

• Gauze

• Medical tape

• Antiseptic wipes

• Antibiotic ointment

• Disposable gloves

• Instant cold pack

• Basic first-aid information card

Our first-aid kits are intended for minor injuries and are not a substitute for professional medical care.

Sexual health is part of overall health. Our Sexual Wellness & Protection Kits provide practical prevention supplies and educational resources to help individuals make informed decisions about their sexual health.

Items may include:

• External condoms

• Internal condoms, when available

• Dental dams

• Personal lubricant

• Sexual health education materials

• STI prevention and testing information

• Pregnancy-prevention resources

• Local health and testing resources

Our goal is not to judge or dictate personal choices. It is to make reliable information and preventive resources more accessible.

Sexual health supplies do not prevent every STI or pregnancy, and educational materials do not replace medical advice, testing, or treatment.

Bladder leakage can happen at different stages of life, including after childbirth and as people age. Because these needs are often private and difficult to discuss, Graceful Swan Initiative provides discreet personal-care supplies designed to help individuals manage bladder leaks with greater comfort and confidence.

Items may include:

• Absorbent bladder-leak pads

• Disposable protective underwear, when available

• Disposable underpads

• Personal cleansing wipes

• Disposable disposal bags

• Skin-protective barrier cream

• Bladder-health education and resource information

Urinary incontinence is common and can range from occasional leakage to more significant bladder-control problems. Because leakage can have different causes, individuals experiencing new, persistent, painful, or worsening symptoms should speak with a healthcare professional.
